Handling and Storage:

- For metal based jewelries, avoid exposure to moisture, water/salt water, lotions, perfumes or chemicals. This may tarnish the metal components.
- Pyrite, Malachite and Lapis Lazuli should be kept away from excess moisture and salt water.
Cleaning Crystals:
- Use a soft, non-abrasive cloth to gently wipe your crystals and remove any dirt or fingerprints.
- If your crystals require a deeper clean, you can rinse them with lukewarm water and mild soap. However, check if the specific crystal is water-safe before doing so.
- For delicate or porous crystals, such as Selenite or Malachite, avoid immersing them in water. Instead, use a dry or slightly damp cloth to clean them.
- After cleaning, pat your crystals dry with a soft cloth.
Cleaning Jewelry:
- Use a jewelry polishing cloth to gently clean your jewelry and restore its shine.
- Avoid exposing your jewelry to chemicals, such as perfumes, lotions, or hairsprays, as they can tarnish or damage the metal components.
- Remove your jewelry before swimming, showering, or engaging in activities that may expose it to excessive moisture or impact.

Crystals are advised to be cleansed followed by energizing especially while wearing for the first time.
Follow options can be used for cleansing and energizing the crystals
A. CLEANSING
- Purpose: Remove any negative or stagnant energy that a crystal may have absorbed from its environment or from interactions with people.
- When to Use: Regularly, especially after heavy use in healing practices, after being handled by others, or after absorbing negative energy.
1. Cleansing with Running Water (for hard crystals)
- What to do: Hold your crystal under natural running water, like a stream. If that's not available, use tap water.
- Duration: About 20-30 seconds .
- Suitable Crystals: Quartz, Amethyst, Citrine etc.
- Avoid: Soft or porous crystals (e.g., Selenite, Kyanite).
2. Cleansing with Salt Water (for hard, non-porous crystals)
- What to do: Mix sea salt in a bowl of water and submerge your crystal.
- Duration: A few hours to overnight.
- Suitable Crystals: Clear Quartz, Amethyst etc.
- Avoid: Metal Based Jewelry, Soft crystals, metal-based stones (e.g., Pyrite, Hematite, Lapis Lazuli, Malachite).
3. Cleansing by Smudging with Sage or Palo Santo
- What to do: Light sage or Palo Santo and pass the crystal through the smoke.
- Duration: 30 seconds to 1 minute.
- Suitable Crystals: Safe for all types of crystals.
B. ENERGIZING
- Purpose: Replenish or enhance the natural energy of a crystal, aligning it with your intentions or the energy it is supposed to carry.
- When to Use: After cleansing, to restore or amplify the crystal's healing properties. Energizing is often done before using the crystal in rituals, meditation, or healing work.
1. Sunlight or Moonlight
- What to do: Leave your crystals outside or on a windowsill where they can absorb sunlight or moonlight.
- Duration: A few hours in the morning for sunlight; overnight for moonlight (especially during a full moon).
- Suitable Crystals: Clear Quartz, Moonstone.
- Avoid: Colored stones that can fade in the sun (e.g., Amethyst, Rose Quartz).
2. Burying in the Earth
- What to do: Bury your crystal in soil, either in a garden or potted plant.
- Duration: 24 hours to a week.
- Suitable Crystals: Safe for most crystals.
- Avoid: Fragile or water-soluble crystals.
3. Using Sound
- What to do: Play a singing bowl, bell, or tuning fork close to the crystal to bathe it in sound.
- Duration: 5-10 minutes.
- Suitable Crystals: Safe for all crystals.
4. Crystal Cluster or Selenite
- What to do: Place your crystal on a larger crystal cluster (like Amethyst or Selenite) or next to a Selenite slab to cleanse it.
- Duration: A few hours to overnight.
